Annual Technology Grants
VBA Mission Series. Technology access for those ready to grow.
The Mission Series is VBA's annual give-back program. Each year we award technology grants to people and organizations ready to use better tools to start, run, or grow something meaningful: a website designed and built by Kreadiv, complimentary access to Venovax operations software, or Kreadiv Next tools, matched to what your mission needs most.

Real organizations. Real missions.
The Mission Series exists for the people doing the work.
The Grant
What a grant can cover
A Mission Series grant can take a few forms. We award what fits your organization's mission and needs:
A website built by Kreadiv
A professionally designed, fully built website for your organization. Recipients cover only their own domain registration, plus standard payment processing fees if the site takes donations or payments.
Venovax operations software
Complimentary access to Venovax for the grant term: CRM, communication, scheduling, and day to day operations in one platform.
Kreadiv Next software
Access to Kreadiv Next tools for booking, client experience, and the digital side of how your organization serves people.
Onboarding, setup, and training
Hands on setup support from the VBA team and training resources so your people can actually use what they receive.
Every grant is tailored. Some organizations need a website, some need operations software, some need both. We match the award to what will actually move your mission forward. Grants are awarded for one year with the opportunity to renew based on demonstrated use and impact. Recipients are responsible only for their own domain registration and any third party payment processing fees.

Our Why
Why VBA created this program
VBA gives back by expanding access to technology. We believe the right tools should help more people start, run, and grow the things they care about.
A great website, real operations software, and modern client tools change what a business or organization can do. The Mission Series is how we put what we build, Kreadiv websites, Kreadiv Next, and Venovax, directly into the hands of people ready to use them.
Frequently asked questions
What is the VBA Mission Series?
The Mission Series is VBA's annual give-back program. Each year we award technology grants built from what VBA makes: a website designed and built by Kreadiv, complimentary access to Venovax operations software, or Kreadiv Next tools, matched to what each recipient actually needs.
Who is eligible to apply?
Anyone ready to use technology to start, run, or grow something meaningful is welcome to apply. We look for a clear mission, a real opportunity that better tools can unlock, and readiness to put the grant to work.
What does the grant cover, and what would we ever pay?
The grant itself covers the work and the software access. If you receive a website from Kreadiv, the only costs you ever cover are your own domain registration and, if your site takes donations or payments, the standard third party processing fees. There are no design, build, or platform charges.
When can I apply?
Applications open July 1 and close September 30 each year. The VBA team reviews all submissions in October, and recipients are notified and announced in November.
Are applications reviewed as they come in?
No. Applications are reviewed together after the window closes on September 30. That gives every applicant an equal chance and lets our team give each submission real consideration.
Does the grant renew?
Grants are awarded for one year with the opportunity to renew based on demonstrated use and impact.
